What does Franking Machine Supplies sell?
We supply franking machine ink cartridges, franking labels, label rolls, envelopes and sealing solutions for all the major franking machine brands, including Pitney Bowes, FP, Frama, Neopost and Quadient.
What colour franking ink does Royal Mail require?
Standard franking machines print in blue, and blue ink (including Mailmark blue and smart blue) is the colour required by Royal Mail. Red ink is no longer accepted by Royal Mail. The SendPro Mailstation can use either blue or black ink, and the Connect+ and SendPro P-series machines print in full colour (black, blue, cyan, magenta and yellow), with the postal frank always printed in blue.
How do I know which cartridge or supply fits my machine?

Do you supply genuine and compatible cartridges?
Yes. We offer both genuine original manufacturer cartridges and high quality compatible cartridges. Both are covered by our quality and satisfaction guarantee.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Yes. Free delivery on a 3 to 5 working day service is available on any online order. A 48 hour upgrade is 4.95 pounds and a next working day upgrade is 6.95 pounds. Orders placed before 4:00pm are processed the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Some remote postcodes carry a minimum delivery charge and may take a little longer.
Are your supplies guaranteed?
Yes. Every ink cartridge carries a 12 month guarantee from the invoice date, and our satisfaction guarantee means that if a supply is not of an equivalent quality to the original manufacturer product and does not work correctly in your machine, we will offer a full refund.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 working days of delivery. Cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days.
