How do I find the right item for my franking machine?
Every product lists the franking machine models it is compatible with. You can filter this collection by machine model, or contact our team on 01543 572 776 and we will confirm the correct supply for you.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Yes. Free delivery on a 3 to 5 working day service is available on any online order. A 48 hour upgrade is 4.95 pounds and a next working day upgrade is 6.95 pounds. Orders placed before 4:00pm are processed the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Some remote postcodes carry a minimum delivery charge and may take a little longer.
Are these supplies guaranteed?
Yes. Every ink cartridge carries a 12 month guarantee from the invoice date, and our satisfaction guarantee means that if a supply is not of an equivalent quality to the original manufacturer product and does not work correctly in your machine, we will offer a full refund.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 working days of delivery. Cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days.
